Worst experience.Air conditioning wasn't working during night.The rooms weren't sound proof..we felt like we were sleeping in the street listening to all the sounds going around..the breakfast area is so conjusted..would not recommend

Good value. Would stay again. Better lighting in the room, particularly just inside. The door would be a good idea and including microwaves in the room. The Wi-Fi was such that we didn’t bother trying to watch TV because most channels were buffering with one bar of signal. Definitely substandard to industry standard!

My fiancee and i got to our room and obviously we check to make sure theres no bed bugs, there wasn't that we could see but we lifted the bed skirt and there was a lot of dirt and a ball of hair which was from peoples stay before, and surfaces were dusty. the bath tub wouldnt drain when having a shower and the tub faucets sprayed. The bathroom sink wouldnt drain, there was dirt & grime on the bathroom floor and in the tub was disgusting. The toilet handel was broken and not only that but had to hold the handle the whole time until it fully flsuhed.. the pool area was dirty and the pool bottom wasn't theorily clean. We were pretty disappointed with our first experience trip.

The motel and the rooms are looking very tired but the staff, especially Happy, were wonderful. And the location was great as we were able to walk down Clifton Hill, all the way to the Falls!

The location is awful . The breakfast area is too small and not much of a selection . The deluxe room was fine but definitely not worth the money i paid for this long weekend .The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful .The room was clean but you cant expect much from an old building .
