It was our wedding anniversary. 3 night stay, we had 3 different rooms. 1st room, the toilet overflowed. I called the front desk she came to the room. Said the plumbing was bad and the owner doesn't care. 2nd room the AC did not work and only lights that worked was the lamps beside the bed. The room smelled like urine. Our 3rd room was a downgrade. From a deluxe king to a queen. At checkout I talked to the gentlemen at the front desk. He showed no concern/ did not care. I asked to be compensated. He told me the best he could do for me is refund my parking pass of $30 he couldn't do anything more because I booked and payed thru Expedia. So I reached out to Expedia they were no help. I was offered $50 on future bookings. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The property is old but for 1 or 2 night stay is ok. They have 2 pools indoor and outdoor.The room is clean. Our King bed is sagging and deformed.I think it needs a replacement in the near future. Breakfast was simple which is acceptable.Parking is $10

2nd time staying here. Great staff. Swimming pool is heated. Indoor. Walking distance from clifton. Affordable and comfortable clean updated rooms. The floor upgrade is amazing

It’s good to have a complimentary breakfast but there were instances the staff was arranging the breads with his bare hands. We find that untidy and can cause contamination. He should use gloves or tongs at all times.

The property was very good, enjoyed the pool and the room was huge. The only negative part was the breakfast which was very crowded.The lady worked very hard making waffles but the guy behind the counter just sat there and appeared to be dosing when there were things he could have done like replenishing the juices , coffee lots of stuff was running out. Not to many choices but was still OK.

We jad the family suite. Very big room with enough space fir the 7 of us! 2 bathrooms, but the shower in one of it was not clean so we only used the other one. Outdated decor, the beds were still pretty confortable. Really the cleanliness was the big negative point. There was some rotten food under the furnitures... Location is perfect, really close to Griffith ave and the Falls!!!

Definitely a good hotel to stay at if you’re looking for a cheaper option. Only a couple minute walk to Clifton Hill. Breakfast was very light, and didn’t have a ton of options. We only really needed somewhere to sleep so it wasn’t too bad. Pretty clean for what you get. Pool was warm and very clean. Overall, great for somewhere to sleep and great price.

Dated motel (not a hotel). Creepy feeling upon arrival but room itself not too bad (they were likely refreshed). Breakfast room terrible: Tiny, hot and ugly. Breakfast basic but ok: Croissants, expresso, yogurt… We did not try the pool Staff was very nice and helpful Way too expensive: $220 a night, worth half or less Decided go elsewhere the next day.

We booked for a family of 4 and they gave us 2 towels. Our floors were very dirty. ( my white socks were black after 30 minutes) we received more towels after asking for them. They do not close the door when they clean the bathroom as the dust and cobwebs have been accumulating over time. Front desk was mediocre and the indoor pool was a bonus for tbe kids.
