There was no parking as soon as we drove in. They had already sold their parking spots to other people who were just visiting the area. I would have thought that they would at least saved parking space for their guests who have prepaid to spend the night at their motel. They found the tightest space for parking for my car AND when I went to pay for parking the guy at the desk didn’t even know what to charge me. On Expedia, it says $10 for parking but when I got there he punched in $34 on the debit terminal. I told him what the Expedia listing says and then he called some other person from the restaurant that is connected to the motel, and they argued that it wasn’t $10 like it said it was and that it was actually $20. If they had any good customer service then they would have charged me the $10 like the Expedia listing stated and ESPECIALLY since they didn’t really have a proper parking spot for my car. This was my initial experience with them. Then we got into our hotel and it smelt like an old refrigerator. The lighting was dim, the sheets had hairs on if from who knows who. And when we went to go to sleep the outdoor lights were so bright that we couldn’t achieve total darkness in our room. That’s bad especially when you have 2 very small children accompanying you. The beds also only had 2 flat pillows each.
Overall I rate this place just a 1 star because the location was the ONLY good thing about it as it was walking distance to everywhere.
location was great but unfortunately that’s all that was good, no plug for bath tub, no hotel parking, bed was uncomfortable, misleading website, no pool onsite. And I feel I was over charged big time. On my hotel.
Chambre infecte et sale. Humidité nous saute au visage en ouvrant la porte, nous n'avons pas dormi a cet hotel nous avons refuser et porter plainte. Meme pas pris le temps de prende des photos tellement odeur de la chambre etait insoutenable.
The only thing that i appreciated about this hotel stay was that the bed was comfortable. Otherwise, this experience was scary and I wanted to run. Room was down a dark musky hallway and as you entered dissappointment was the best discriptive word. Walls were terribly painted and paneling had paint splotches on it where it should not be. Headboard was stained with greese marks and yellowed. Very small window overlooked an alley. The bathroom was so small that you could barely turn around. It felt and looked dirty. I would never recommend this place.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Just a place to sleep...
The good:
A few minutes walking distance from Cliffton Hill! The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fairly clean.
The bad:
Motel parking is extra $25 per day on weekends, contend with public parking across the street! Very small room, only basic electrical outlets for appliances, lacking extra outlets for charging electronic devices. Very noisey air conditioner. No hair dryer. Deal with front desk for toilet paper and towels.
The room I rented had basic function, the facilities are outdated but work properly. Great area, near Clifton Hill and walkable distance from the lake. Highly recommended if you only looking for a stopover place with not much demand but mostly enjoy the out door Niagara.
Hidden fees of a 100$ added on location. beware.
Otherwise. its dirty, uncomfortable, noisy, the AC is not working, the Fridge was ot plugged and smelled bad. Tut its at 2m walk of the Cliff and 5m of the falls. So its what we were expecting!
location. location. location.
right off Clifton Hill, very walkable. no visible cockroaches? HOWEVER, so dumpy. the bathroom was dilapidated and disgusting, bad wifi. surface clean but duty fixtures, walls, doors etc. bedside lamp didn't work. the staff from the Indian restaurant and a guest and the nighttime desk staff kept coming and smoking in front of our door and only window. six times I had to ask them to move. the staff just does not care over they get your $$. our daughter is allergoc to cigarette smoke and got very ill. it was a long night.
