Excellent stay!
This was my first time at this hotel and I will definitely be returning! It is beautiful, modern, clean, and a great location with lots of restaurants nearby and super close to Clifton Hill. I received an upgrade to a room with a view for being a gold member with Hotels.com. The hot tub was perfectly hot with good jets. Welcoming front desk staff. All in all a great stay!

This is our favorite hotel in Niagara Falls Canada. We have been staying at this same hotel for 15 years. It is convenient for walking to bars, restaurants and the falls. Staff is very friendly.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay here. Front desk was very friendly and it’s a very convenient location close to Clifton Hill and all major food spots. I did have 2 issues (one major, one minor). The minor issue was that it was so busy, we couldn’t park behind the building, but a lot that was a 5-6 min walk away. I wouldn’t have minded so much but since it was raining and quite cold, it was inconvenient to walk that far in bad weather to grab the car to go out. Secondly, a major issue I had, I did complain to the front desk about, and they assured me they address it. From our room we called two separate times to request additional items we needed for our stay. Once we needed extra shampoo & toiletries, second we needed an extra blanket. Both times when we called the front desk to have items sent to our room, they advised we needed to come down ourselves to grab it. First time ever, any hotel has told me to do so. I found that quite odd, and unbecoming service from a hotel. Anyways, the rest of our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed our time. 4/5 ⭐️
