The room was very clean and big. It was updated which was nice. Parking was the biggest downside. On the website, it states on site parking available. There was no where that I saw that parking was actually a block over for a fee. It was dark when we arrived so it was a bit frustrating to have to figure out where to drive to for parking and then have to pay for it. We had trouble finding and had to come in and ask for further direction and the staff wasn’t very kind about it. They seemed annoyed. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

Unforgettable Niagra Falls Trip
Very friendly warm reception, clean, very comfortable beds, in walking distance to the falls and excellent restaurants, Remington Steak House and Antica (Arugula Pear Salad - yummy) and the pizza. TV was this only issue but we had great customer service to help us

Cleanliness throughout!
The entire hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our bathroom was well organized and very clean with gleaming white linens. The swimming pool water was crystal clear as was the hot tub.
