The housekeeper did not clean our room after our first day. She seemed to have an attitude when she knocked on the door and we weren’t ready to have room cleaned. We told her we’d be out within the hour and she saw us leaving. When we came back in the evening our room had not been cleaned, and we had to ask for a fresh set of towels at the front desk. Otherwise our stay was good. The front desk personnel were cordial and accommodating. The breakfast was good.

Such friendly staff! The driver, Catalina that ran the shuttle was so sweet and offered up all the recommendations for food, shopping and transportation! She was great!

This property was very clean. Checkin was very quick and easy. The desk clerk had a list of restaurants in walking distance and the one we chose, The Fish Grill, was excellent.

There were MANY people waiting to check in when we arrived due to an issue with one of the computers. Rooms weren’t ready until after 4pm for all in the lobby area. The air in the room didn’t work so it was hot and the air was stale. One of the lights made a popping noise all night. The area around the hotel is super loud. We heard cars driving by all night and we were on a higher floor. The room and pool were clean.

Quick overnight trip for flight in the morning. Hotel close to the airport, resturants within walking distance. Tried to check in at 245, room not ready due to staffing shortage, was told to go eat at a local resturant and the room would be ready on return. Returned in 90 minutes, room still not ready, had to wait for completion of cleaning. Room had odd smell ? cleaning agents. Hair on bathroom floor, rest of the room appeared clean.

One of our party of 3 adults arrived at 9pm and the other 2 at 1am the next day. All 3 of us experienced a hot water problem with the shower and the sink. Hot water would start out and then turn cold.

Stay was great except the bed was not comfortable. Pliiows was not comfortable, small bath towels finished, need new ones, the Haitians maids talks too loud in hallway when about to clean while I was resting.
