Staff is always so friendly and the hotel is super clean as well as smells wonderful. This was my 4th stay and my daughters and I have loved the experience every time. The location is very close to Disney making it super convenient. I look forward to their updates coming soon in terms of their breakfast area and etc. This hotel is highly recommended!!

Our stay at Buena Vista Suites was very pleasant. The staff were all courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated that the living spaces and bathroom within the suite were cleaned daily. There was also a good amount of storage in the living area and bedroom. We would definitely stay at the hotel again. Our only suggestions would be to change the breakfast menu more frequently as it stayed the same for the duration of our stay (over a week), limit the amount of perfume in the common areas (reception and hallways), and keep the temperature in the common areas slightly warmer. Also to note, this property is within a 15 minute drive of all Disney parks, but the surrounding area is quite busy and has minimal dining options.

I come to Orlando often and this is the first time I stay at this hotel. It was absolutely amazing, clean, everyone was so polite and helpful. The customer service is exceptional. The breakfast was so good and fresh. We have already booked our next trip in February for this location.

The suite we stayed in was perfect! Every staff member was helpful and nice. The morning park shuttle driver had some really good tips on how to get the most out of your day at the park. Only suggestion is mor shuttle times.

The free shuttle was earlier than it said to arrive for the destination, which we would be fine with if the front desk at night wasn’t so rude when the concierge originally said we could get reimbursed for the ride. She said only if it was 30 minutes early. We did what was said on their website in terms of arrival, and her attitude made us never want to stay there again unfortunately. The hotel itself was nice, but we couldn’t use our VIP for their restaurant because it was in a 5 hour window while we were at Disney.

Great location but needs some improvements/updates
Excellent customer service at check in! Cons - Beds very hard and uncomfortable and room had a musty smell but it was only for one night so we just dealt with it, need to upgrade to SmartTVs in rooms. Pros - the shower and bath products and the overall size of the rooms with the separate living room area.
