Parking is horrible. If you want to pay $30 dollars a night to walk 1/2 a mile to your room because the parking area is full, then I forewarned you. Convenience to parks ok...if you dont hit traffic. It took us 30 to 40 minutes to drive 5 miles. Ill be getting something closet to Disney priperty next time with free parking options thats for sure!

Disgusting Room
We chose this hotel because it’s pet-friendly, and we were traveling with our newly adopted dog. I saw reviews mentioning tiled floors in the pet-friendly rooms, which seemed great. Sadly, the stay was awful. We arrived in town for a concert and checked in later in the evening. While the staff gave us a ground-floor room, parking was a nightmare. It looked like everyone staying at the hotel was on our side, and a high school homecoming dance was happening, making it impossible to leave when we needed to. Once we got to the room, it was filthy. Stains were all over the floor, blood on the curtains, and dirt everywhere. It hadn’t been cleaned, at least not well. We didn’t have time to ask for another room because we had to get ready quickly - we didn’t even feel comfortable taking off our socks or showering. After the concert, I wanted to leave and drive the 3.5 hours home, but it was already midnight. I understand it’s a “pet-friendly” hotel, but that doesn’t mean it should be so dirty. Our dog is well-behaved, but it seems like no one else’s is. I asked for a refund, but the hotel refused, so I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend it if you care about cleanliness.
