The place is not what my family expected and experienced in other residence inn facilities. The elevator is way too far from the lobby. When we came back to our room from our whole day tour at universal studio, the door is unlocked.

It exceeded my expectations. The place is excellent and close to many attractions. The service in general was great, the place is clean, safe, has a 24-hour minimarket, the room was super comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, even a small kitchen with the necessary utensils to make food. My son and husband enjoyed the pool. In short, we had a great time.

It was clean and quiet, but the parking was horrible for handicap. I had to park quarter mile away and I’m on oxygen and I have a Rollator which is like a walker so it took me forever to get inside and then I was on the second floor quite a way in the second floor and then for the buffet forget it. It was like a mile walk and I just couldn’t do it. I requested a handicap room and I assumed that it came with handicap parking assigned parking like most hotels do also I assumed it would be close to the office or the buffet or something and not a mile away. The only difference I noticed in the room was the fact that it had a couple of bars over the bathtub. Other than that it’s not a handicap room really so I won’t be staying here again thank you.

Overall this hotel is not bad because it is very close to Seaworld and other attractions. The hotel amenities like complimentary breakfast and the swimming pool are nice. The bad thing is that parking is not free. You have to pay $25 per day. And, they did not have any security guards. On our last day we were surprised by a naked man who tried to approach us at the parking lot.

This place is not clean at all. front was ok, enter from back of the building, it smells so bad. we stayed 3 days. someone spill snacks by the elevator at the back entrance. No one bother clean it until we stay there.
