We had a nice room, very clean. Not as small as I was expecting, and we had quite a bit of luggage. The breakfast buffet was actually quite good, serving Japanese breakfast options. Great location. I would stay again.

The rooms we stayed in were clean, modern-style, a lot more spacious compared to other hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo. Most importantly, the rooms were also provided with an air humidifier/purifier and a foot massager! The staff were friendly and helpful but there's a lack in English language skill overall. Google translate app came in handy. Lots of restaurants and food stalls nearby. Namba station and Dotonbori, Takashiyama and shops are within walking distance. Very convenient. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!

Great hotel with great location

Surprised there is foot massager and cute sleep wear (japanese style) in room. A pity cant enjoy breakfast due to early flight. In general happy with the hotel!

Hiyori Hotel stay in November
Staff was very friendly and helpful! Location is close to Namba Nankai station that it made such an easy trip from Kansai Airport using the Nankai Limited Express train. Also location is close to many of the places to visit in Dontombori. Shower in the room was a plus, Would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyable stay
It was a great stay again at this hotel. Location is excellent as it was so near train station. Service was superb as they accommodated to our request for a room change to a bigger room. They took effort to provide us with things we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. They even have welcome drinks and a complimentary meal for guests.

I liked the area around the subways, train to airport and shopping. But i don't like the Amenities on the house was not outstanding. The foot massager was way to hard!! Other amenities were not available ( example:: Salt for soaking in hot tub )

The hotel is convrniently located very close to the nankai namba train station and to namba parks. Its a very clean hotel and i wont mind booking here again for my next osaka trip.

Our stay was a mixed bag of good and bad: Good: Staff are helpful, professional. Breakfast was excellent. The room on the second night( 2 twin bed) was excellent. Bad:The 1st night room was small. We were wlling to pay for an upgrade, but we were not successful. Dye to a broken safe deposit box. We were upgrade to another room free of charge. This was alot better. Had we had this room initially. We would have given the hotel 5 stars.
