It was a great area being not too far from Dotonburi. And other main shops. Did not like about the property was the AC was not cold. It was hot in our room the whole time. Didn’t need the blanket at all. Overall, good stay.

Stayed with adjoining rooms for 5 adults. Excellent service by the staff who went out of their way to try to help and meet our requests. The rooms were clean, quiet and well appointed for an apartment style hotel. Would stay here again.

Location was 2 min from Dotonburi & Shinsaibashi Shopping Street. Free hot & cold beverages, and cookies & snacks at the lobby rest area. No hesitation to return. Many eateries around the hotel vicinity.

One of best front desk service I have never seen, specially two mandarin speaking ladies help us so much. The compliment snacks & variety of drinks are making our stay so enjoyable. Only drawback is no drawls in room to put down our clothes or daily necessities
