Hotel price was good value for the price and facility looked new and modern and clean except for the elevator carpet. Room was small with bed pushed up against the wall. Bathroom floor was a step down which was hard to get used to (I stumbled into it). The double bed only came with two flat pillows which wasn’t enough for two people. Staff seemed attentive and located right next to a convenience store.

The location is perfect. Walkable to shopping markets, sightseeing area but ag the dame time not too crowded. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable. Clean, good staff, easy check-in, check-out. The only thing ai didn’t like was that there was a step between room and bathroom that made my foot hurt first day. So be careful about that. Other than I really liked my stay in this hotel.

Need more towel bars in bathroom. Need safety bar to get out of tub. Need 2 luggage racks per room. Single room should have a single bed (not queen size) to allow more space in room.

The room was a lot smaller than the other properties I stayed at in Japan. But it has everything you need. I don't think it would be great for more than one person though. The bathroom is also a little small. But all of your necessities are provided in the lobby plus some pajamas and there's laundry there. You're right next to a family Mart. It's on the ground level, you're across from the train station. The only thing is if you come from the train station with a lot of luggage. Don't listen to Google maps and take exit 9 or 10 :00 to get out. I think it's it's exit number 5 that has an escalator and it's maybe across the street from the hotel. There is a yakitori place that's pretty good next door. It's a fine, economical stay. I didn't have any issues.

This place is literally in front of the Nankai railway and Namba station, very convenient! Also walkable from Dontonbori so a great place to stay with lots of food option. If you dont want to take train to the airport, the airport express bus is just outside the hotel entrance

Great location, acceptable room size
The room size is typical for central Osaka. Best thing about this hotel is their location - it’s close to all the major shopping streets and department stores. Nankai railway is only a brisk 5-minute walk with steps free access.

The Deluxe Double room we booked was ridiculously small. 13sqm. How 2 people are supposed to rest comfortably in a room this size is beyond me. 1 chair for 2 people and 2 suitcases on the floor that had to be closed and pushed back so you could access the bathroom. Great fun in the middle of the night. Never again.

It was an amazing stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Namba Hotel. The service was really nice and they were all very helpful specially the two ladies at the front desk. The location is also perfect for us easy to go to alot of places and very accessible by train. The hotel is eco friendly and very clean..very nice people! We would stay there again if given a chance to come back to Osaka real soon.

The staff was really helpful. Im very happy with their service 👍👍 I was struggle to find a way to airport with 5 luggages. However, they have tried so hard to find jumbo taxi which is very rare in japan. Highly recommended. For sure will come back

Great location, close to Namba Station and a short walk to Dotonburi. Lots of shopping nearby. The room is compact, very clean and quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful when I had to change my travel plans due to the typhoon. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and price.

Great value, clean, very convenient and close to everything. The downside is small room and the direction (google or apple map) is completely wrong. Need to use the displayed location on the map to find it the first night (don’t use the direction provided by the hotel site on internet)

Very convenient. Location is few steps away from Namba station.the place is quiet because it’s located few meters away from Dotombori. Would like to book again to this hotel. Highly recommend this to other travelers.
