Highly recommend this property. Beautiful room. Well kept and serviced. Central location right on beach. Excellent friendly staff. Don't usually right rave reviews but this one deserves it.

Overall this Hotel was average in comparison to other Hotels we have stayed at in the same region. The bathroom and cups etc weren’t the cleanest and the bed was hard. There isn't any air conditioning lounges and little grass and pool space. We couldn’t eat our complimentary breakfast as there were never any seats or tables free. It’s okay for the price you pay though.

The breakfast was good and location was central. Something about the hotel gave us all a rash. We think it was pool chemicals. As soon as we went to another hotel, the rash vanished.

Good, But not great.
It was a decent stay. However, a few things were lacking that were showcased by neighboring hotel resorts and the bathroom shower needed some maintenance (challenging to open and close) and the shelf was bent downward resulting in having to put shower amenities on the shower floor. Otherwise, the resort was comfortable and the included breakfast was adequate.

Overall quite good but NO wifi in pool area at all, very disappointing. After advising staff, nothing was done and no one got back to me about it. Wifi in rooms also not great. Location was good, close to beach/restaurants. noisy in resort restaurant as road in between hotel and beach, however great view. Staff friendly but vague when asking questions.

You get what you pay for.
The staff spoke very little English which shocked me as we have stayed in Phuket years ago and the service was better back than compared to this time. Getting assistance with anything was extremely difficult, they tried to charge all of us extra for things missing in our rooms on departure which was ridiculous three families travelling together and some things were in each other rooms. Overall was OK but I wouldn't stay there again I would try somewhere else - might be the same all over now since Covid who knows but no where in Phuket was anywhere as friendly as 11 years ago.

The rooms were really nice and the hotel is across the road from the beach. Pool is not huge but has a swim up bar and can charge to your room, which was convenient. Staff were not especially enthusiastic but who would be when its hot, busy, and having to navigate difficult guests daily. They did provide a beautiful juice on arrival that was refreshing. Internet was poor, but if I didnt have school work to do, this would not have mattered. There are elevators so rooms are accessible.

The beds are are hard as a rock, but common to all the hotel mattresses in Thailand hotels, I loved the property, and would definitely stay again when I. The area, the pool access rooms are definitely worth the little difference in cost

Resort with Non Smiling Staff
Was rather surprised that out of 10 hotel staff that we encountered, only 1 or 2 smiled at us. The others either turned their faces away, or kept a black face. Stayed there for a long period of 6 nights, yet when we asked for a short 1 to 2 hour late check out, we were refused outright completely. Hotel was quite far from the nearest convenience store and the morning Breakfast was terrible.
