We really enjoyed staying at this resort Pros * Very friendly and accommodating staff. * Lots of food options for dining in restaurant. * style/vibe of room was unique and fun. * enjoyed the tables in the roof top pool. * will hold bags before check in/after check out. * wifi was good and we were able to sign into our in room entertainment options on tv eg. Netflix * pool was open 24/7 for those late night swims Cons * pool is on the smaller side. Only 3 tables inside pool * about 1km walk to get to other food/entertainment options.

This is a lovely resort. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Good on-site Restaurant, well priced food ,good range of meal options and reasonably priced. The Spa was excellent also, suggest you try the Hot Stone Massage - superb. The Rooftop Pool was fantastic and you could use this 24 /7. Unlike other resorts at Phuket, no road noise, super relaxing place. We will be back next year.

We had a great stay here. The staff are very lovely and accommodating (including Kom) and the rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool has a great view, and the buffet breakfast is also good. We also ordered room service one day and the meals (burgers and sandwich) were surprisingly good. The hotel location is on a hill, a short walk into town and from the beach. We didn’t find this to be an issue but you could use the hotel shuttle if needed.

All good. The room is nice. The rooftop swimming pool is very nice. The restaurant is very good; you don't need to look elsewhere to eat; it has many different cuisines. If I go to Phuket again, I will stay at the same place.

The food is very good, the service is fantastic. Just an all round well run resort, run by people who care and are super attentive to your needs. Mr Sun and the entire staff is wonderful! Most speak excellent English. The hotel is cute, clean, (watch that you don't accidentally step on a snail 😊), the food is delightful and they can accommodate for specifics-to a degree I'm guessing as everyone there far exceeded my expectations. They can call and make appointments for you, as they assisted me guidance to Big Buddha and arrange my tattoo appointment. You will feel at home here. The beach is within walking distance or the hotel can arrange transfer. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful week's stay at Pacific Club Resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The resort was immaculately clean and well maintained. My suite was roomy, the bed extremely comfortable, and I loved the private balcony overlooking the ocean. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, all meals were delicious, and a wonderful breakfast including made to order egg station. Thanks so much - I'll definitely come back to Pacific Club Resort if I'm in the area.

Second time staying here. Lovely small - medium sized hotel with amazing staff . Breakfast buffet was good . Lovely pool area and an improvement in ordering drinks and alcohol with qr code. Highly recommended

This hotel was beautiful, inside and out. It felt like a tropical paradise with all of the greenery. The staff were kind and attentive and the room was so spacious! The pool and sauna were highlights. For those of you who don't love walking, this hotel is a 10 minute walk to the other shops and restaurants so keep this in mind. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Phuket.
