Shame there isn't a shuttle after 10pm but otherwise a great option for first night in Japan

This is a great location if using Narita Airport. I enjoyed that the shuttle comes often and you can catch trains from the airport. The room was slightly bigger than other business hotels. My luggage (3 suitcases) fit without having to move them. The staff is there if you want or need but unobtrusive if you don’t. I liked the “new annex” side. Only stay on that side as tour groups stay on the other side of the hotel. The sheer numbers and loudness was overwhelming at the breakfast buffet as it’s shared by both sides. The Lawson’s is condiment and well stocked. Avoid if a bus has just brought tour groups. I was almost crushed and retreated to “the calm side” my room was located. Loved that my luggage was delivered here quickly and easily from the transport service I booked at Family Mart in Tokyo. The staff member consolidated my two reservations ( I booked one night and then added 2 more nights after) so I didn’t need to check out and in again. She even offered a cleaning on day 3, which I declined, even though usually after night four. I would certainly use them again if I was Narita in or outbound again.

Our first trip to Japan and pleasantly surprised to have stayed here. Beautiful and very clean. Staff was excellent with all of our needs. Rooms were large and very clean. Free shuttle bus was large,clean and the driver helped with my husbands wheelchair as well as our luggage. Would definitely stay again.

Airport shuttle service makes it easy for an overnight stay. Excellent buffet style breakfast is a perfect start if the day!
