My room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. I had two very early days so didn’t get to use the breakfast or coffee areas. I did eat dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. It’s a scratch kitchen so they were able to accommodate my food allergies. I want to go back when I can have time to enjoy all of the amenities.

we arrived at night. when we got to the room some of lights did not work so we had to flounder around in near darkness looking for items in our suitcases. When we tried to shower, we found that there was not hot water! Tried to shower in the morning but still no hot water! We reported to the main desk who said they would get the matter sorted. Too late for me as I was checking out the next day. Very very unhappy!!!

This is the first time I’ve been to a Westin and did not like the hotel. First of all, there’s not a lot of staff to take care of you and help you in the time of need. The carpet in this room need to be washed. It is dirty and worn. The bathrooms are very small. You can hardly fit two people in it. When I was taking a shower, I was standing in my bath water. The drain must’ve been clogged. We called and they sent out maintenance, but the problem still existed. The room door kept given problems. We would be outside of our hotel room for several minutes because the door was jammed and not working. Lastly, but not least they failed to inform the guest that the TV services were down so we could not even watch any TV or use the Internet. Because of this experience, I don’t believe I’ll be staying at Another Western hotel in the near future.
