After I had finally got one of the 4 pop machines to “work “ I lost $5 in one of the resorts pop vending machine. It was the one at the quiet pool that is outside. No one can/will help. Resort said call number on the machine. The number on the machine limited hours. It is not a lot of money but seriously getting past around to several people there should be some help!

A little disappointed!

This stay I must say I was a little disappointed. Our cards kept demonizing so a few times we were locked out. The was really hard to operate. The front desk kept trying to process my payment on my debit card when I used my AMEX. On the plus side the hotel is immaculate and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Always plenty of parking. The pool was fantastic. I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel staff and guest services were outstanding, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, while the rooms provided a comfortable atmosphere, they fell short in terms of cleanliness, with noticeable dust and uncleaned surfaces. The pool area offered a fun, relaxing escape, complete with lounge chairs and vibrant surroundings. Unfortunately, a few of the pools were closed for maintenance during our four-day stay, which limited our options for swimming and leisure activities.
