I wasn’t to happy with the room both beds had hair in them and so did the bathroom so that was gross and our check out time was 10 but the pool doesn’t open till 9 and we wernt even able to use the big part of the pool which was very disappointing

Signs were posted prohibiting marijuana yet halls smelled like it and no one was enforcing the rules. Slides were closed and the lobby staff said to remember most of the pool staff are young and don’t come to work in the heat and I need to talk to the pool manager. So basically the reason we stayed there with our kids was ruined the first afternoon. The pool manager didn’t care based on attitude which is the reason I went to the front desk. Contacted Hilton and got the standard, “sorry to hear about your experience. Hope you try us again.” Nothing more than auto response. No one was interested in helping which is surprising. Won’t be back.

OK stay. Carpet not clean in room. Pool was only in half operation. Your r "buy one get one" drink during happy hour was only for alcohol. I am a non drinker and would have loved something else. The resort is showing its age. I have been here many times over the last 20 years, and the wooden blinds and tile in our room was the same! step it up Hilton.

I don't know what can make this experience great when I checked in my room it was dirty and the refrigerator was not working. Front desk moved me to another room and the refrigerator again was not working and water was spilling underneath. The maintenance guy came said there's nothing I can do to this refrigerator so again front desk move me to a third room. After checking in at 4pm we didn't get settled down till after 7 o'clock with all these changes. This is a very disappointing way to start are family vacation.

Ongoing construction blocking traffic and limiting access to property. Property was dirty. Staff was rude throughout the experience. Administrative staff was more interested in trying to sell HGV experiences then in making sure we were good.

The property was well kept. Room was excellent. Above all the staff were all fabulous, from the desk to the workers in the parking garage. Caribe needs to work on their cooking. I got the Bart's smoked chicken that was cooked at least twice. Dry and tough. Next day tried the fish and chips. Fisk was okay the fries overcooked and dried out. Bummer
