The help was great. Asia was about to leave yet stayed to check me in and chatted as to why I was there. She made me feel welcome when she could have just rushed me thru the check in process. The bartender was super and even the young man emptying the trash this morning stopped to smile and say have a nice day and made it so sincerely! They were all great.

Have stayed here often for competitions at Eastern States. Staff is always super helpful and friendly. Room this time was a suite so very spacious, bathroom could be bigger though. Beds were super comfy and breakfast was good. Hotel is slightly dated but clean and comfortable.

Great property except for the rather loud remodeling work being done in the hotel before check out time. Really puts a damper on being able to sleep late. Hotel itself is nice, convenient 24 hour snack bar down stairs, staff is friendly and attentive.

room 917, toilet was running, we had to shut off the water to the toilet so we could sleep. 1st maintenance man colluding fix it. The TV cables were loose and had to be tightened a few times so we could watch TV. The faucet in the bathtub was so tight I couldn't get the water on by myself. Over all it was neat and clean and the bed was great and super comfy.

The property was within walking distance of my conference. My only complaint is the toilet filled every 15 minutes! Annoying!
