It is a cheap motel dressed in tiles. 1. It sits across from the train tracks. Reminds me of a scene from Blues brothers. Very noise, all night and the place shakes. 2. Pets 50$. Better go to Hyatt for that price 3. Stuff disgusting. Rude. Condescending. 4. Rooms are just a motorhome like style 5. Bath designed so bad you will get a splash on you when you turn the water no matter what you do. The tiles are all offset as the wall behind was wet for the last 50 years 6. Mattress was sitting on a dusted, dirty box. We cleaned and used our own sheets as the ones there were used by Spanish when they last been here... 7. Parking fee 15$ a night. In their yard. I cab't believe anymore high ratings. They are fake or giving by honeless people that were given a room for the night

Horrible room conditions.

Horrible. Arrived close to midnight, room and bathroom were dirty. Sheets had a stain, front door had an inch gap under it. Wall next to bed looked like someone masturbated on it. Addressed with staff, no response. Demanding refund.

It was an overall 3.5

It was a 3.5 to 3.7 over 5. It could of been better if they had a gym and also a crib or pack and play. I needed one for my toddler and they did not have one. I am happy that it is located at the historical zone and that we were able to get the trolley from the hotel. They also provided for a shuttle to drop and pick us up at the hotel.

Poor breakfast, (plastic cutlery, cardboard plates, thawed fruit, sugary cereals). Hit and miss room service, always forgetting something (cosmetics, etc), room repairs not completed despite requests, noise from train every night.

The location is convenient. The bathroom is nice and big. There is a parking fee of $10 per night which I actually was not aware when I booked the hotel.

We don’t think this was where we were staying we thought we were staying at the bw bayside but it served its purpose the bedding was comfortable and clean as was the room it self parking was tight but we got one each night. We don’t eat at the buffet as was to crowded

Do not stay here

Terrible smell of vinegar. Parking is terrible, after a certain time you can’t find parking. The headboard was stained and the door is not sealed properly. It was a cold night in st Augustine and the room was freezing because of the gap under the door. When we first walked into the bathroom a stained towel was on the floor. Not worth the price nor the location at the expense of cleanliness and peace of mind.
