One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian rocks beach. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.

Review of condo

The property was as she described it. Bed was very comfy and al the furniture was to. Loved sitting outside in balcony. Pool was great. The only thing i woukd suggest is getting better rugs for bathroom that dont slide as much. And in your description change the publix is across the street its torn down yhere is another one not farFrom unit. Other then that condo was great and so was our vacation. Thank you

Clearwater Condo

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Located in a great location. The listing stated hot tub but there was not one on site-it is a fountain:) The pool is very nice! Would recommend and love to stay again!

Great property and location!

We have stayed at Avalon before - this unit was very clean, provided all the essentials and host was very easy To work with and provided clear information. I would definitely stay here again. Location provides great access to everything in Clearwater and around Tampa/ St Pete.

Annual family vacation

We love staying at any one of Alina's units. Once again extremely pleased with the unit. Included everything you would need for your stay; towels, bedding, kitchen necessities, wifi, etc. Check in information was provided well in advance and was very simple to follow. Disappointed we had to cut our trip a bit short due to news of Hurricane Ian; however, if we had stayed, Alina informed us that the unit was equipped and very safe to stay at if needed. Would definitely return!

We stayed here for a week.. nice place not in so great neighborhood but it was ok. People above are heavy walkers and quite rude knowing people are below them but it is an apt type place so.. overall stay was good.

Comfortable and Attractive Condo

The condo was furnished very comfortably and attractive. The kitchen was lacking a few things that we were able to buy at the dollar store. (pot holders, measuring spoons, salad tongs, etc.)The pool was extremely crowded with all the chairs reserved or taken by 9:45. The neighborhood was convenient to Publix and restaurants, but I did not like being located next to Section 8 housing. The security gates worked sporadically which didn't help.

Very clean and perfect for two of us.

We had a wonderful time in this super condo. We had a little trouble with the two remotes to tv but owner had a friend stop by and help. Like within 15 minutes of me asking!! Really appreciate that! Only two things. This unit has 18 steps from ground level. This is a middle condo-2 nd floor. We had a person or family above us that made some late nite noises. It did bother us a couple times. Like other reviews, this is not a ground floor or even a small step up. A little bummed about that. Also, others mentioned the sheets not fitting the bed or just old and Elastic was gone?! This was a pain. But perhaps next time I would bring my own cuz neither set worked. Over all really nice place.

Modern, like-new condo in Clearwater

Wonderful stay in Clearwater Avalon condo. Modern, like-new condition. Nautical theme decor. Comfy bed, new windows and appliances. Nice grounds and pool. Often used the desk and "office" chair. Great location for visiting downtowns Clearwater/St Pete and nearby beaches. Enjoyed the 2nd floor balcony too. Thanks Alina!

Lovely condo in a gated community. Condo was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Great place to visit. Lots of vacationers here. Great pool and amenities. Close to the stairs ya and grocery stores. Four miles to botanical gardens and about 7 miles to the beach.

Wonderful!

This condo had everyone my husband and I needed and then some! Washer/dryer in the unit was so useful for throwing in a quick wash. I also really appreciated the ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator, especially when you’re trying to stay hydrated in 90+ degree heat. Most importantly, it was super clean, that mattered most to me!
