Sea Breeze 508 Gulf Front Balcony with Heated Pool

Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we'd love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, particularly around the pool deck. You may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator and the pool are fully operational, and direct beach access is available.

Sea Breeze #508 is a direct Gulf Front condo with a large private balcony overlooking the beach. This corner unit also has a second balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the Bay. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo with 1420 sq. ft. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has two Queen size beds. Large flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedrooms. Free cable and Wi-Fi internet. One parking pass provided (second pass may be available upon request). Sea Breeze is located directly on the beach with private beach access. The large pool deck with Jacuzzi is beach front. Property also offers BBQ grilling area with picnic tables, Bocce Ball court, and tiki huts. Laundry facilities available on the 4th and 7th floors. Johns Pass Village is just 5 blocks away.

Awesome condo

Large 2 bedroom condo with view 3 sides and large balcony Gulf view and another attraction acjed to bedroom with view of Madeira beach. Fully stocked. Only thing we were told by VRBO pool was working and far from it.

Nice Location

The location of the unit was perfect, the unit itself was perfect. With that being said, the master bedroom doesnt have a ceiling fan which would have been nice since it gets hot and stuffy at night in that room. The guest bedroom didnt have a TV so our kids were kinda bummed about that. Overall though....great place and very satisfied.

Great Stay!

The condo was walking distance to John’s Pass, other good restaurants and even a 7-eleven (we forgot trash bags). The master bedroom and bath are very nice. Note that the beds in the second bedroom are up against the wall and the closet so it’s very tight in there. There are plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, both a coffee maker and a Keurig. The view from the balcony is amazing!! We noticed there are beach chairs, umbrella etc in the second bedroom closet, but we did not use them this time. This was our first trip to Madeira Beach and we will be back!

Great Location. Clean and Spacious Condo.

The condo is clean and spacious. The location is excellent. The proximity to shops and restaurants is great. The beach and pool are wonderful. Check in and out were not hard, but slightly inconvenient since you have to drive down the street to get and return keys. The elevator did not work one day. Having a few toiletries provided (shampoo, soap, and more than 1 roll of toilet paper) also would have made our stay easier especially since we were arriving late. We had to use our own fire stick to watch TV because the instructions for the TV were for equipment and services no longer available. All in all we were very happy with our stay. There were just a few things that coule have been a little better.

Great view. Convenient location.

Beach was always nice and never packed. Right across the street from the trolley line. Less than a 15 min walk to John's pass. 7/11 across the street. Condo was nice interiorly. It also had some beach/ pool toys/ floats. Will come back.

Great family condo

Location can’t be beat. Nice clean pool and property. #508 was ideal for family of 5. Plenty of sleeping space. View of beach and pool as well as main strip. Walking distance of many restaurants.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Didnt have any dish soap or beach towels which was a disappointment so Im glad I brought a couple beach towels along. Otherwise the place was well stocked for most part. The condo was very nice with an amazing view of beach/ocean and walking distance to Johns Pass where you had many nice restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was the living room furniture was really uncomfortable but we didnt stay in condo much so not a big deal for us. Overall was a great stay and loved the location.

Dining room chairs were not the best shape. Very wobbly and uncomfortable. Living room furniture also worn and uncomfortable. Found alot of dirty glasses in the cabinet. Not 1 spare trash bag or any dishwasher soap. Place was great other than those small issues. Sunsets on the balcony were the best!

2 Beautiful Weeks

Amazing sunsets due to being on the corner unit facing the west. The unless beach views during the day was perfect as well, especially with the high top chair allowing you to look over the railing on the patio. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need and enough counter space for cooking or whatever else. The beds are comfortable too allowing for restful nights after our busy days. The dining room chairs were a bit shaky when sitting on them and we were afraid to break them, so we ate most around the kitchen counter standing or sat on our coolers around the table. However the view while eating was perfect!!

Spring Break

We love Sea Breeze and have stayed here before. We like the location and the smaller size of the complex. Beach is beautiful and pool area is very nice. Although this kitchen was well supplied, It would be nice if this condo #508 had a few sets of kitchen towels (rather than 1) for a week’s stay. Also, a blender and updated toaster would’ve been helpful.
