Great location to the Tampa fairgrounds for walking to a concert. Other than that it is a zero stars. The electricity wasn’t working for breakfast for coffee, waffles or anything. And the fridge wasn’t cold holding the food items. Our bathroom was horrific. Rusted out bottom to the tub, calcium acting as a plug - gross. The ceiling has huge water mark stains and room was musty. Walls were patched from some sort of hole issues and not painted. Back door to hotel doesn’t latch and people were just gaining access without a key. So safety is a failure.

Room furniture was outdated and some of the dresser drawers were broken. Carpet was as dirty and the water out of the sink had a sulfur smell to it. The one window we had was dirty and no privacy shade.

I travel a lot, so have lots of experiences with hotels. This facility was obviously old and outdated. No extra outlets near beds for charging phones, the bathtub was worn and rusted around the drain. Could not bring myself to take a bath in it. There was an odor to the room that smelled like there was an attempt to mask an odor. I paid approximately $250 for the night (dbl normal rate) as I was there for a special event in the area. Did not get what I paid for. We did have to change rooms because the carpet under the AC unit was soaked. The person at the desk who checked us in and then got us another room was extremely polite and accommodating. He could not have been nicer. This whole building needs an overhaul. In the future I would probably pay a little more for a nicer accommodation. Wasn’t worth the money I saved.

Not up yo "Suite" expectations..not even close
I reserved and paid for a king suite. From my extensive experience a foyer type bathroom when you walk in theroom and a king size bed doesn't make this very basic room with a mini frig and tiny microwave a "King Suite". When comin in after hours the roomcard key would've open the door and no one answered the buzzer; for us or the people before us. The smell of the bldg was moldy old and not enough parking. No back entrance for when theres no where to park except the dark back of the bldg
