The staff didn't seem to be concerned about your problems. They treated it as if it was normal not to have internet. I spend most of my time at the nearby Starbucks. The phone in the room did not work so i had to walk to the lobby area several times for my concerns.

Considering we were only there to sleep, the room was older, the mattresses were not comfortable, the hallway needs new carpets, lighting, and new paint. The breakfast was also very limited so we went out. Our air conditioner didn't seem to cool down enough for us.

The room was clean and fresh but the AC needed service it wasn’t pushing out cook air as it would’ve at 72 or 68 or 66 and or 60. It definitely wasn’t working good at all

The staff was great and the location was convenient to the fairgrounds. The pool looks dirty but the concrete is faded so hard to tell. The worst part though was an extreme odor. The smell was almost untolerable. Hard to describe. Florida makes severe mold an issue so may have been a combination of mold and some type of cover up or treatment.

This hotel is horrible. Overall quality was unclean. When I arrived at the property no one informed me the Wi-Fi was down. When I inquired I was told the manager was working on it. It was clear no one was working on it. I was then informed I could bring my device to their office to use their WiFi. The television in the room did not work properly. Staff came up to fix it then it worked. There was no hot water in the shower, but there was hot water in the sink. Lastly the elevator had turbulence every time it went down. Do not stay here

It’s was outdated, halls smell, I swear I got bites on my legs from something in that room. The “continental” breakfast consisted of old oranges, typical waffle maker and stale breads. NEVER EVER AGAIN- good thing we only stayed the night on our way to Sanibel
