It is conveniently located if travelling from the north, but not many amenities nearby. The rooms are small and functional for a good night's sleep, but the hotel is a little tired and can do with a revamp There is one small common area for breakfast behind the check-in desk, but there is no real space to hang out other than your tiny room, and it's too far out of the centre to walk in. The staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly, and I really felt welcome.

This facility is one of the worst that we have ever stayed at. From the entry to the room it was unclean and untidy. Our last night was unbearable. The fire alarm started going off from 11:30pm until 3.30am. It went off 4 times for at least 10 minutes each time. No sign of management each time. No one told us what was going wrong or was there a fire somewhere. I’d like my money refunded.
