The staff at this hotel was phenomenal! They helped with getting us to different places, storing our luggage, etc. Our room was super clean and comfortable! We loved staying there!

We were told we could check in at 2am over the phone, when we arrived we were treated very bad from front office staff and had to wait till almost 4am to check in, room was dirty in fact my daughter found a medication pill on the floor, made a complaint and was told I would get a refund for the stay, hopefully i will get my refund after this bad experience.

Never Hilton again!
Strikers very loud! Got in very early…8:00AM and didn’t get a room until 1:30PM. There were no comfortable chairs in the lobby especially for short people. We are 5’4” tall and couldn’t find any chair that was comfortable for us. It didn’t help that we got to the hotel so early due to transportation issues, but none of the restaurants were open either!

I would give 5 stars, but there was a strike going on- the hotel was short staffed with no wait staff in the dining room, no breakfast and no room service, not to mention the protesters banging drums until 8pm- it also caused a back up of traffic leaving the hotel- those that were working there were courteous and helpful

Beware it can be very noisy with people in and out all hours of the night If you knew how to walk there it would be easy to get to the airport from the hotel but we waited for the bus which was 16 minutes late then it was a push and shove to get on no orderly line up

The staff was very helpful and the driver of the shuttle to the airport was very nice. The room was clean and quiet which was wonderful because we were very tired and they allowed us to stay an extra hour to accomodate our schedule.
