Book Tobu hotels

This hotel is so convenient to transportation, shopping, restaurants and other tourist attractions.

Good airport hotel for short stay. Bit dated but very well kept rooms. Some staff are great and some not as much. Get the breakfast buffett as it is quite good. Overall only real knock is limited dining options and nothing really in area.

I always come to Richmond Narita when I land in Tokyo from Canada. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and there are great restaurants within walking distance. On this trip, we ate in the restaurant at the hotel which was also a very charming experience. We will come back.

The onsen and buffet breakfast was awesome!

The hotel is very near the airport. If you're terminal is 2, you may opt to walk from the hotel to terminal 2. Free shuttle bus is on time, coming in and going out (as usual in Japan). The room is spacious, good food in their restaurants, tbey have convenient store inside the hotel and the souvenir shop is really cheap.

No frills hotel. Good value for money. But still comes with the high standards of traditional Japanese hospitality, all these years.
