In the middle of the night, the smoke detector in our room all of sudden started beeping loudly, once every minute or so. I had a terrible sleep because of this, and the hotel staff just didn't seem to care at all - No efforts made to remediate the situation

Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel had a bistro, with a large selection of well-prepared foods—both light fare and substantial meals. Everyone at the hotel—the valet, desk clerks, bistro staff, housekeepers—was very friendly and eager to help.

Great staff. Great location and facilities. Very comfortable and secure. A very spacious and lively space, with plenty of helpful and friendly staff. A lot of conveniences right on site, and close by. On-site food and drinks were good and a broad selection, with a lot of great bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Rooms are large, modern and bright. I love the big tv! Thank you for wonderful stay!
