Modern updated hotel with comfortable beds, nice shower and delicious hot breakfast buffet. Heated pool that we didn’t use and sauna was not working. Close walking to most downtown Toronto spots.

This hotel was beautiful, room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was that the service in the bar in the lobby was lacking. The bar area was not busy yet our server failed to come over to our table many times and seemed to favor patrons that were dressed fancier than we were. It took almost 20 minutes just for the server to even acknowledge our presence in the area and after we had finished our drinks we waited almost an hour to get our bill even though it was clearly noticeable that we were finished. Other than that experience the hotel was great.
