Highly recommend!!
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient; very responsive. Housekeeping staff were fantastic! The room was very modern and comfortable. Our view was nice - city view with perfect view of CN Tower, but prefer the view of the harbourfront we had on a previous stay. The only issue we had is that our family of 4 had difficulty plugging in all of our devices (2 needed to access to work emails and laptops during our stay). The staff did provide an extension cord. We really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very near CN Tower, Rogers center, Harbourfront, and downtown. They have a small giftshop onsite run a lovely gentleman. Easily walk to tons of dining and entertainment options. Paid parking is available onsite. I highly recommend this hotel!

Unfortunately this was a poor experience staying at this hotel. Room was not very clean, the shower had issues, such as not having a full door, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor, soaking every towel we had. Loud banging noises above and beside the room, and staff were not very friendly.

Not a bad place overall. Room was fine and our attendant was great and responsive. Only main issue here was just noise with some of the tenants and with VERY loud noise coming when doors open or close.

Parking and arrival is confusing because you have to turn early and go around the building to access. Staff are not fully knowledgable in the details of their own hotel. Several examples of this from one weekend's stay. Location is nice and nearby restaurants are very good!

Our stay at Radisson Blu was overall good. When checking in the clerk staff was very soft spoken it was challenging to hear what she was saying. When checking out, the male clerk was not accommodating in attending to our payment transaction(s). The staff at the restaurant on the fifth floor were wonderful and accommodating. More decor and interior design in the rooms leave opportunity for improvement. Cleanliness of our room and lobby was moderate but also need for improvement. The ventilation in the bathroom was poor with no exhaust. Thank you.
