The staff at was extraordinarily attentive, knowledgeable, and just overall friendly. Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Location was perfect to walk to anything you need as well as popular tourist spots. 10/10 recommend.

Screaming yobs all night until 4am standing around the hotel entrance. Unbelievable that hotel security did nothing to stop it. When we complained we were told there was a concert earlier in the evening. So what!?

Halifax Sutton is sooo nice nicer so was definitely disappointed with the Toronto one… I received absolutely nothing despite my VIP status… checkin/front reception staff were great but the staff in the restaurant were terrible… super super snobby and terrible service.

We were expecting a much more relaxed dining experience given the photos on the website, but were disappointed with the small dining area and crowded conditions. Given the attention paid to the TIFF association and ballroom, the hotel should have paid more attention to a more formal quieter dining area.

This hotel was beautiful ! My daughter and I stayed here for the Eras Tour and it was beyond incredible. The way they made us feel super welcomed - and going above and beyond to decorate for the Eras Tour. it played a huge part in our experience. definently reccomend !!

Front desk staff were very good, used valet parking and the staff were very helpful. Excellent location in the middle of everything, way to walk around. Cleanliness was good, although found the mattress quite hard and pillows unsupportive. Lovely spacious room, we were placed in an accessible room.
