Newly renovated this beautiful home is positioned above North Mollymook beach offering expansive views across the coastline to Warden Head. Thoughtfully designed it is filled with light, showcasing modern, high quality interiors. On the entry level you'll be greeted by an open plan living space making the most of the sensational outlook. Complete with a state of the art kitchen including Meile appliances, a beautiful dining space ready for entertaining and a gorgeous lounge area with gas fireplace and King Living furnishings, you'll wish you were staying longer.
Step out on to the huge deck where you can spend your days watching the surfers or keeping an eye out for whales during their annual migration between May to November.
The master bedroom with a gorgeous private bathroom and walk in robe has floor to ceiling glass doors leading straight on to the deck. Wake up to the sounds and sights of stunning Mollymook without leaving the comfort of your bed.
The second bedroom with king bed (can be converted in to singles) has its own large bathroom luxuriously finished.
Downstairs is the second living space, the third bedroom complete with King size bed and with beautiful views over the garden and beach. Another lovely bathroom services this level alongside the laundry with quality appliances. A huge undercover outdoor entertaining area including table tennis, leads on to a lovely expanse of green lawn ready for basking in the sun.

Fantastic Property
We had a lovely week staying at this property. The house was very clean and Pattianne went out of her way to accommodate us with everything we needed. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need and equipped with high end appliances. We highly recommend this property.

Glorious!
This property is gorgeous. We had an amazing short stay. Our favorite thing to do was simply sit on the balcony & watch all the going-on’s at the beach. Pattianne was lovely, she couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.

Beachside Getaway
We decided this year to take our annual November short break by the coast rather than our usual weekend in the city and we are so glad we did. The Mollymook beach area is wonderful and our vacation was definitely enhanced by this property. It is even more beautiful than the photos show. The house had everything you could ask for, space, cleanliness, outlook, inclusions, with all high quality. Our host Pattianne could not have been more friendly and helpful right from when we booked with information on the house and surrounding areas. We Highly recommend this property, fantastic.

Very impressive property with stunning views
This property was immaculate. It had stunning views and was beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. It was light and airy and extremely comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The standard of linen and kitchenware was also beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Mollymook Bliss
An excellent property. Beautifully appointed across all rooms. Suited our family accomodation needs very well. Enchanting view over the beach. Quiet location set back from the road and easy safe walk to beach down a flight of stairs. Even had external hot shower to wash off the sand. Would happily stay longer.
