When is a.double bed not a double bed
Dreadful, I left clear.notes with the booking to say if this wasnt an actual double mattress then they must reject the booking because I cannot sleep in a single bed. And yes, this was 2 single beds barely pushed together, couldnt sleep either night as the beds kept separating and I would fall.on the floor, really disappointing and I expect a.refund based on 2.nights of no sleep and taking my booking when I expressly said I need a double mattress

Although the hotel is located by the high way, the location is great, close to Amsterdam and the seaside and lots of great outdoor things to do. Spa and gym is very clean and pool is very big. The family rooms are very spacious! We had a lovely stay!

Dissatisfied and let down.
The minute we arrived we noticed that our sink in the toilet was blocked, the phone line to the reception was not working either so we walked up to the reception TWICE to inform them but they’ve let us down we had to use the bath sink for our 3 days stay. There was lots of dust and some rubbish under our bed that wasn’t cleaned before we came. Not happy for this service, we payed a lot of money and are disappointed.

Enjoyable hotel with a lot of amenities. Was surprised there was no toaster available at breakfast. Breakfast was good but far overpriced for what was on offer. Pool and saunas were a nice treat and I enjoyed having a patio to smoke on. Would definitely stay here again.

Large repairs taking place, workmen woke me 6.30am with hammering and banging. Rang reception to complain and To get them to stop but nothing done. They shouldn’t book out the rooms next to repair works, or instruct workmen not to start work before 9am. I was more annoyed that the receptionist just didn’t care when I complained at the time and during checking out
