The bathroom had a distinct odor and so did the hallway carpets. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a convenient location close to museums and many breakfast and coffee shops.

A lovely property in Amsterdam. The room was small but very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did find it quite noisy through the night. Lots of doors slamming and nouse from the floors below. Overall a good stay!

Hotel is in a great central area
Lovely hotel, our third time staying here, location is great and rooms are always clean. Very poor sound proofing in the rooms with the stairs, lifts and other guests passing the room door.

Not only is the property great, but the entire staff makes you feel like family. Ty for a wonderful stay. All was perfect. Room, breakfast,location and a wonderful caring staff. If you want to feel like family and not like just a number, this is the place to stay.

NO elevator/lift !
Yes there is an elevator/lift in the hotel BUT rooms are also on floors with no elevator. My room was on a floor with eleven (11) steps to access the elevator. I used the filter for elevator/lift !

Exceptionally polite staff who went out their way to accommodate a sick traveler. They offered me a hot beverage and allowed me to check in early. Comfortable bed and room with all the amenities. Including an espresso machine, refrigerator, TV, and excellent WiFi. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

A nice compatible room. Friendly and helpful staff. A nice area on the edge of the city centre with a nice vibe and good cafes and bars. Easy to get to the city centre on foot or by tram.
