Dated hotel in a dirty neighborhood.
One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. There is no shower door and water gets everywhere while showering. Shower head is so dated and faulty that water doesn’t fall straight. Waiting bench in front of elevator might break ay time. Photos shared.

The Belair is a very nice hotel, but it is down at the end of S5 and the pavements are very uneven and difficult to walk on and it’s a very narrow road with cars and motorbikes driving down

Staff are very friendly, breakfast was good, checking in was very considerate and checking out was a breeze. The only thing that needs improvement was the towel supply which was inconsistent coz we get only two towels instead of four in two occasions ( 4 travellers). We also requested for extra pillow which didn't happen.

Hotel down a side road in the middle of very busy area, so very quiet. Within minute's you are in great shopping are and food outlets. Staff are first class, thanks to everyone.

Area surrounding the hotel smell of sewerage and floods easily when it rains. Location is not easily accessible by foot when it rains. Pillows were totally worn and not comfortable to sleep on. We woke up with neck and back pain throughout the 7 day stay. Front desk, Mirin was exceptionally helpful when there were issues with housekeeping. She had everything sorted for us. Overall, hotel was ok and bathroom was clean.

My problem is with Expedia. Through you I booked 2 rooms February 12 to 14 and I have the email confirmation from you, However The Bel Aire Bangkok showed me all their paperwork that only showed 1 room booked for those dates from you quite a problem after arrival at 1:30 am andhaving to pay extra charges that I thought were covered

Perfect place to stay with your family!I didn't expect how hot Thailand was. Since I brought my son with me I felt like he didn't really like how hot is Thailand,I am thankful that the hotel has an indoor playground. He was really happy. I also like that they have a restaurant inside. I brought my entire crew with me like we are 12 people.And 4 were Old and they didn't like how hot Thailand was!Thank goodness they have restaurant inside and wow the food was phenomenal.They have different variety of foods around the world and I was so amazed. I forgot the name of the waiter in the restaurant.He is sooo nice and accommodating. they also has a bar inside and the guy who made our drinks?Soo good. And lastly the people in the front desk. The night people in the front desk were really helpful and accommodating. Super nice staff specially Mr Sompoch (not sure the spelling) ,he is super helpful can understand english and very modest and i forgot the name of the guy that was in near at the door,he is really friendly and always helpful. they also has a van outside the hotel (I believe the Van is not associated in hotel) but hey we rode with my family and wow it was only cheap.I bring hearing how some other drivers will charge you high amount but to my surprise it was cheaper than tuk2! I will definitely coming back to this hotel.I felt safe with my entire family and convenient!
