The hotel location is convenient, the staff is nice and the rooms are spacious. Also, we chose the limousine service for the tours, which the price is reasonable. It would be great if the coffee can be refilled everyday.

This is my first visit after their recent renovation, got a room with bathtub, no partition or shower curtain so the bathroom is wet and slippery after each shower. I feel it may not be safe for seniors like mysel. Otherwise i still highly recommend this hotelslippery . I feel its safe for

The experience started off well with polite and friendly staff at the lobby. The first day of housekeeping was great, with staff paying attention to details like the number of guests in the room and providing the correct amount of towels and water. However, from the second day onward, housekeeping became inconsistent. There were no towels, no water refills, and to make matters worse, I even found a worm in the shower area. On the fifth day, the trash in the room wasn't cleared, and on my last day, I noticed a spider and web above the sleeping area. We were quite disappointed with the overall housekeeping and cleanliness during our stay. This wasn’t our first time here, but based on this experience, I would need to reconsider staying again in the future.

Location is convenient, there are ample massage stores around & the side exit leads to Pratunam area, within walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall. Ample Food around. Rooms are rather large with ample space & a table provided if you wish to do work or eat in. There is a fridge & Microwave in room as well

最高のHotel
今回弾丸一泊二日ツアー結構しました。 なな何と￥12560のポイントがあったので使用して会社から￥3000の補助があるので実質￥760で宿泊 ありえない値段 エアーポートリンクのパヤタイから徒歩10分で近くにはコンビニや、お土産店や屋台店が沢山ありました。タイマッサージ店も沢山 夜には屋台飯賑やかです。全然不便を感じないHotel スタッフの対応最高 11時からのチェックインも出来ました。その際、保証金1000B払いますOUT時返金されます。 今回23Fでバルコニーありで眺め最高 部屋も広すぎ入った時にビックリ‼️ キングベッドにソファー日本のテレビCH四つとYouTubeもみてました。アメニティー充実 細かく言うとタオルなど肌触りが凄く良く吸水性抜群 プールも宿泊客は無料で入れて蒸し暑いタイでは助かりました。 一つ言うならシャワーの水圧が弱いけど問題なし。トイレは日本製のウォシュレット また宿泊したいですネ

The location was great very convenient easy access to mall. The hotel room was very spacious and is clean with amenities. The only thing to improve is the toilet a bit too small, the gap of the shower door is not tight, and water leak out when you shower and making the floor wet. But overall is good, this is my 4th time staying in this hotel. Recommended!
