My stay was wonderful everything in the hotel was wonderful everyone was so nice including mr dragon the concierge he was very helpful and also mr adam he answer any question i had he was the bellman in the hotel and also the executive lounge team very hospitable knows what thai hospitality really means and the manager from the executive lounge was very nice always helping with the staff if they were busy he always there helping out i really would like to come back only thing i would say is when i come i hope i can be treated with a nicer upgrade the room i stayed was a little smaller but not a big deal anyways was happy with service and it had a very nice view thank you conrad Bangkok thank you for having.

Cockroaches running around the room
We had 10 cockroaches in our hotel room that also went inside my luggage. The hotel moved us to another room and only covered the laundry for the clothes inside the luggage only after I insisted. Disgusting place, won’t be returning there.
