Great hotel, conveniently located with so many
Grand 5 Hotel is a great hotel. Conveniently located with many "stores" located in connected area of the hotel. Great for little shopping items, including pharmacy items. Exceptional staff, very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and area.

This is not a four star hotel as advertised. The breakfast buffet was poor quality. After trying it my first day I chose not to eat at the hotel again. The room was decent but not great. Spa was phenomenal! I would never stay here again. I would spend a little extra money and stay at a more recognized hotel.

This is a great hotel, great location and very clean and comfortable rooms. The check in and check out staff however are very rude and made the check in and check out difficult.

The staff at the grand 5 plaza hotel really care about their guest and the hotel is well organized with security guard on site 24 hrs and house keeping staff really care about the cleanliness of the guest rooms. Overall great experience with this hotel and will book a room here when i return to Thailand..
