The hotels is fairly immaculate and the room is super comfy, and quiet. You have to walk a few blocks down a wide alley with bars on both sides. If you don't mind kindly refusing some offers on the street every time you leave your hotel for a massage, the value for money and quality of the hotel are unbeatable for the area. People in the area are friendly and I joked around with them. Just know these three phrases. Use the first one if someone latches on your arm and say if you want them to let go. Say the next phrase if they don't let go. By the time you say Mai oww, the third phrase, they should all let go. Just have fun and keep a smile , no need to be dramatic, it's all fun and safe here imo. Sound is like "1. My Ba-lay cop (Ba sound like a sheep makes). 2. My ba-lay oww. 3. My oww!
1 (Don't worry politely). 2 (Don't want politely). 3 (Don't want, less polite). ;)
I especially liked the tables out front where you could have a smoke, or pick up a grab order delivered. If it is early morning it's doable. If it's mid day or night, it's too busy, and you'll have to walk to edge of street (a few blocks) to pick up a Grab delivery order or a ride.
