Pros: Close to two shopping malls. My room was spacious and with a bath - save for the smell. Cons: I was put in a room that distinctly smelled of mould. The staff would have been well aware of how bad the room smelt when this was allocated. After 2 days I was moved.

Have requested for late check out but was told since we booked with hotels.com we are not entitled to late check out request. Also, they seems not using hotels.com booking reference that make our check-in a bit longer because they are unable to find our booking. Otherwise, overall experience was pleasant.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located within walking distance of the major shopping malls such as Central World.
