Great place, management not so great!
The hotel is beautiful and absolutely meticulous. Check in was easy. Unfortunately we had a late check in, and we were hungry, we were told the upstairs restaurant was open-it was not. By the time we got back down stairs, the alternative restaurant was closed. Then I used the ATM available in the garage, and the machine ate my card! The manager came to help but he was no help and not accommodating. He seemed aggravated! I was aggravated, because it was my only card to get cash while in Bangkok.

I’ve been to Bangkok many times. I consider this hotel to be the best. The property is chic, hip, and trendy each room is beautifully designed with huge bathrooms. The staff is probably the best in all of Thailand. All employees are so helpful and full of smiles. I would personally like to thank two people who made my trip unforgettable and Special: Tina, who from the moment I entered the hotel to the moment, I left was so helpful I am kind to me in ways that you cannot imagine. Her beautiful smile and willingness to go the extra mile to make your trip special truly made my trip wonderful. The second person who holds a special place in my heart is Grap/Grape. Something personal happened to me while in Bangkok and she was there for me in ways I could not imagine. She also made my trip so unforgettable and special. Always with a beautiful smile always willing to help me no matter what. She even gave me a hug On the day I left the hotel. She is an amazing person and you will be very Content if she takes care of you. I will never forget these two Individuals. They truly deserve the best.

Very average and basic hotel that is overpriced
Overall just another average 3 star Kimpton IHG hotel chain. Elevators are insanely crowded and you’ll have to wait 10 - 15 minutes for an elevator. Some guests complained about missing their flights/cars because of the elevators. Service is very slow and lacking. The rooms are not properly cleaned. Many times they left garbage and there were urine stains on the bathroom floors plus hair and mold.
