Great location to all nearby temple attractions. Staff very helpful with taxi setup and guidance on using metro and ferry service. Amazing view of the temple light show at night. Lovely breakfast buffet selections. Good location for first time visitors to Bangkok

Happy with our choice in Bangkok
Fantastic location. We really enjoyed the view of the river and Wat Arun from our room. Beautiful at night. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was very good. Found the lighting controls for the room quite unusual. The room is quite small, hardly could walk around the bed. The bathroom area is very large. Wonderful staff, enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is amazing value for the location, within walking distance of Wat Pho, the Grand Palace and the Rainer Chao Praya River Express boat stop. Their staff are welcoming, friendly, and went the extra mile in serving us, starting with a slice of cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The view at night from the rooftop restaurant over the river of Wat Arun, Wat Pho and the Grand Palace are astounding! We had a Deluxe river-facing room on the 3rd floor with a great view of Wat Arun. The restaurants below close at 10pm so we had peaceful nights sleep. The food was really good, equivalent in taste to the Michelin star restaurant opposite ( Rongros). A fantastic experience all round!

Fantastic service but small room taken up mostly by bed. No chairs to sit. Walking distance to key tourist locations if you can tolerate the heat. Several restaurants In neighborhood.

This is a real gem in Bangkok, the location is just perfect, every historic site and temple is within walking distance, the roof top is very nice, with great views at day and night, a bunch of good food options around the hotel, tuk tuk service in the corner, the staff was very friendly with great attention to details

Excellent service from all of the staff! Our flight was majorly delayed and they were so accomodating with our change in plans. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area with easy access to the temple and grand palace. It was also convient for taking a river taxi. I highly recommend the Riva Arun!

We had a wonderful stay at Riva Arun. The staff greeted us immediately after our car arrived, and served us some Thai tea as we checked in. The staff were so kind, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is superb - walkable to the Flower market, Wat Pho and the Grand Palace. A ferry stop was just a few steps away from the hotel entrance and took you right across the river to Wat Arun. Plus there are many restaurants to choose from. So convenient! Highly recommend!
