Great location and lovely poolside lounge, best of all was the customer service. We had a small problem during our stay and the staff went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. The restaurant also served fantastic appetizers and great cocktails. Very walkable neighborhood, safe and close to all transit.

The Quarter is really well located to Silom - a short 10 minute walk away - so has the benefits of proximity to night life and food options, whilst also being tucked away and quiet. My Deluxe room was very spacious, with a generous bathroom, and entertaining area. Downsides however, were noise carrying from the hallway, and incomplete blind coverage.

Good service as always. Been here multiple times and the furnishing needs a refresh. But that might mean increment in rates. So, im good with the condition now. Gym is fully equipped.

Maid never change our sheet in all the time we stay there. We notice few days after our stay that our sheet feel sandy. We decided to marked our bed with toothpaste to see if the maid actually clean our bed and turn out they didn’t. Thought maybe the next day the maid would, nope still not. Not provided enough towels. Room are loud with old AC and water pipe. 2 of the light were out but we usually don’t stay in so it wasn’t an issue. The worst internet of all hotel I have been to. If you here for work or have work that need to do, this place may not be the choice. Watch out for elevator. It’s shut within a few second. If you don’t get in fast, it will closed on you HARD. Smoking area kind of weird. Transportation is not that convenient. It’s in an alley where if you don’t want to walk, Tuk Tuk around there will charge you 150-200 just to go to lumpini park, MRT, BTS which technically a 5 mins drive. I tried to get taxi instead. Not the Tuk Tuk that parking waiting try to make a quick big buck. Hotel shuttle not always available. And the front desk did not describe the service upon checking in. We found out about it feel days after our stay. The common which is a fancy trendy food court across the street open til 1 am so it’s convenient. But I really like the Thai restaurant right next to the hotel. Mom n pop shop. Affordable and delicious.

This hotel is very old, we had to change our room because of bad smell and when you take a shower the water comes out in the bathroom floor. We had change to two different rooms with same problem.

Friendly staff and good location
Got an upgraded room into a nice suite. However the noise from neighbouring room can be heard when they talk. Otherwise the staff are all so friendly and courteous. They even have a free shuttle service to silom and saladaeng station.

Overall a GREAT property. However, we had an issue with the air conditioner that took a while to get resolved. The property Manager not only got the issue resolved immediately once she was aware of it but after doing so wanted to know what else she could offer in light of the inconvenience. Her Outstanding Customer Service made all the difference as we will stay here again having to come to Bangkok from Hua Hin frequently. Honestly, if the Manager had not shown attention to detail and in getting this resolved I wouldn't consider coming here again. On another note, the Commons across the street is a convenient and great food, dessert and drink spot. There are plenty of great restaurants as well as street vendors. Your also close by the infamous Lumpini Park...

Great location
Lovely hotel in a great spot in Bangkok city. A short walk to the local train station where you can easily get around Bangkok. Nice big room, clean and tidy. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
