The floor in our room was filthy. Dirty bath mat with a footprint on it. The pool area had umbrella stands but no umbrellas and no shade available at all. Broken handicapped lift for hot tub access . Pool area had cigarette butts on the floor. I was glad we were only there for one night. NEVER again!

Great value!
The staff and rooms at this property over-deliver for the price. Debbie at the bar is delightful and accommodating. I will return again. The only drawback is a lack of restaurants in the area so that is why I tend to eat in the hotel.
