Some fire alarms or smoke went off in every room in the hotel on the first day of checking in at 6 am The next 2 days 3 a.m. was crazy and the front desk didn't know what set it off that alone let me check out I wanted to rest after a long flight and day that was not it

The staff was amazing and very professional. I was greeting at every encounter and they seemed happy to be at work. The windows were not sealed well in the room so outside noise and traffic was heard loudly in the room. The mattress in the room was also not the best very flat and flimsy, not comforting at all. But I love the distance it was to restaurants and shopping. Also very close to the airport

I have to highlight the disappointment about the cleansness of my room. 1.) Room was NOT swepted or mopped 2.) Furniture ( nightstand) was sticking and dusty 3.) lining was dirty!!!! (YUCK) (NOT to mention the hallway rug was filthy… crumbs, sand all up and down the hallway) These are essential staples that should be mandatory to be exceptionally clean, and they were not. Despite efforts made to make us feel comfortable, they did not negate the fact that I already felt dirty and uncomfortable. EVEN AFTER I RETURNED THE ROOM WAS STILL DIRTY! The manager of housekeeping should be re-evaluated on proper state regulations regarding health and safety standards.

Via my Expedia booking was it no where stated that I had to call for the shuttle service. This led to me waiting about 2 hours before I could arrange the shuttle myself from the airport. Expedia you are apparently at fault for that! Upon checkin the first room has no phone service, poor air conditioning and not signal on the tv. This led to me receiving a new room which had all the functioning amenities. The clerk was friendly and assisting that was the highlight of the stay.
