The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean. Hotel looks a little worn but we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again.

I had layover flight, I didn’t want to sleep in the airport and booked. The entrance to the hotel was questionable. But main entrance was pretty. I wish the shuttle was running longer and past 11pm. Considering it was Thanksgiving week they should really try to accommodate for the holiday travelers. The check in process was quick ( I did prepay for my room through Expedia). Oh there is a security fee, I found out when I got there to pick up my key. But overall everything was great! Thank you

Check in staff were overwhelmed with a soccer group - took over an hour to get our room. We didn’t get our room until after midnight only to find there were no face cloths had to use the one hand towel provided to wash up before bed. Room was clean and quiet for a one night stay. Breakfast buffet had adequate food to get the day started.

The room is not that clean , the rug is dirty there were hair in the bathtub At the lobby the waiting time was long full of guests waiting for the rooms And there was no water available for the guests as they arrived from their trips and when I went to use the women restroom no toilet paper and the floor was no clean I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Close to the airport, property was clean ,room quiet ,Staff very good breakfast was very good. Make sure to keep a copy of the receipt confirming your purchase of breakfast option. The front desk did not have access to that information. The cruise port shuttle by Ways was efficient?

So after returning from a 7 day cruise, we pre booked this hotel because it had the best reviews and was the mosy affordable out of the whole area. I wish i could say we had a positive experience. I was disappointed when we arrived and were told we had to pay an additional $50 to check in early. (This hotel is near the airport and a cruise port and im sure they are accustomed to receiving travelers from both) only to pay and recieve out room was not clean at all still had hair in the shower and stains in the toilet from previous occupants. When asked the cleaning staff to please fix it.. we left and came back to the room in the same state. So exhausted we just decided to go to sleep. Property is around some dilapidated residential property with old rusted cars and overgrown trees and dry grass not very tidy. The young lady at the front desk was fairly rude when askjng about early check in and also did not informed that a deposit would be taken the next day. There were also additional taxes and fees taken way above the original reservation rate.

Found a USED condom wrapper in the cups by the coffee. There were hairs in the bathroom that were not cleaned. The ceiling paint in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling. When I told the front desk about it I got an I’m sorry and that’s it. Disgusting do not recommend to anyone!
