Assistant manager sent the male house manager into my room at 930-10 just as I'm getting out of shower guess who opens the door on me, this was after I said no thank u and I'm in the shower. Apparently he didn't need to get in she sent him there. She was upset bc she thought I had. Free night? When I told her I paid alread she still decided the lobby would be the best place to scream at me. What a horrible idiot

My stay was ok however Sandra the receptionist upon our arrival was not accommodating. We booked two rooms a day prior to our arrival. We when got there we requested two rooms near each other but Sandra said it was not possible because she didn’t have it available. She then proceeded to give us one room on the first floor and another on the 4th floor. When my kids and I got to the room on the 4th floor the door of the room lhad ones as if someone had used a crowbar to force their way into it. I didn’t even open the room door I returned to front desk and told Sandra the room was unacceptable my kids and I can’t stay in there. She said h it’s safe I said mam would you let your kids stay in this room? I said we paid money we would like what we paid for. Her coworker who was very nice tried to tell Sandra “what about these two rooms just put them there” to which Sandra replied…. Oh this one is for another person they are family they are coming together. I was dumbfounded cause what about my family who had paid and was already there in front of her that was just put into a room that was forced into. She then tried to uno reverse it and say the men should sleep on the 4th floor and the kids sleep on the first floor. Again I refused because that’s not the service I paid for. After telling us there wasn’t anything else available she gave us a room on the2nd floor that magically became available. This is my 2nd bout with this particular location some nice folks but not going back!
