Dresser drawer was broken , shower temperature was variable from warm to cold, the top sheets were missing. We had to flip the comforter over to use the sheet they had on top of it. Line up was crazy for checking in - only one lady. She was super nice even though it was super stressful for her .

We were not able to check is as the hotel staff informed us there is no more rooms and when we said our room is already paid for she replied that the hotel is overbooked and we had to return back to the airport and spend the night at the airport as it was too late for us to find any where to stay. Additionally we spent about 100 dollar in taxi fare to go back and forth.

Cockroaches in the rooms along with crack. Absolutely disgusting and online pictures aren’t close to what hotel looks like. Uber driver said that hotel is full of crack heads and prostitutes.

Description offers free continental breakfast but does not have one.. the most they offer is one free cup of cofee in the gift shop. The room I was in, had no phone, no internet, and the tv barely worked. The rooms were dirty and smelled and the staff was very rude..

Breakfast fast was nit included in the charge & they charged an additional fee outside of the hotel fee of $38 daily service fee. The room i got looked like a scene out of a crack house movie. I had it changed & there was not a big difference but we were so tired, we took it. They should shut this place down until after it's been completely renovated. Would nit recommend. One good thing. They're pillows & beds r usually comfortable.
