Only stayed one night. As soon as we opened the door to our room a roach crawled out. Very bad first impressions. Couldn't sleep thinking something else would crawl on us. We kept our luggage on the tables so nothing else could get in. Bad experience. Well but be returning to this hotel. Not even got an over night deal. NO.

The front desk staff was amazing! They were so helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions, gave me a quick check in and made sure that I was settled. The shuttle driver was accommodating, professional and on time both ways and the pool was an added bonus. Very good value for my money.

The lobby is not as show in the pictures , it is very very different , the numerology for the apartments were confusing I need to call lobby to find out were my apartment was because I was lost trying to find it . I was amazed with the cleanliness and the kindest of the employees.

Viaje en familia. La habitación estaba muy limpia y así se mantuvo. Iluminación suficiente, neverita, microondas, TV, plancha, acondicionador de aire. Camas, almohadas y sábanas muy bien. La piscina muy relajante. Todo el personal siempre fue muy amable y atento. Check in y check out fáciles. Solo apunto dos cosas a mejorar : 1) el Internet se fue algunas ocasiones, pero llamé y reiniciaron el equipo, fuera de esos momentos el internet era bueno y estable. 2), aunque hay letreros de no fumar, vi clientes fumando puro o tabaco.
