Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with two kids, plenty of space and had everything we needed. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Undercover carparking, short drive/2km walk to shops and Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, easy access to walking paths and playgrounds.

The boys and i and our sausage dog stayed here once and now every chance we can book in we do its nomally booked out but after staying here i can understand whyy its the most amazing place we have ever stayed and we have been in and out of accomodation since march and this bu far is our fav place ❤️ The atmosphere is sooo relaxing and comfortable and being pet friendly is an absolute bonus 🙌 Vicky the manager will go far and beyond to help your needs shes sooo lovely (Thanks 😍) I highly recommend this place 👌

Nice tidy and spacious property located on Gold Coast Highway. Undercover parking was a bonus (room had a garage). Not too sure about public transport as I had my car but pretty sure there were buses running. Friendly staff 👍

Unpleasant experience - checked out early
The place was clean, however: They have an unreasonably early hard check in cut off at 8pm and no alternative check in options are provided. If you get stuck in traffic from the airport and don’t make it by 8, you’ll need to find somewhere else to sleep like we did. The motel itself is old and worn. Our front door was a pain to open every time as it would get stuck when you try to unlock it. There doesn’t appear to be a lift. You’ll have to carry all your bags up the stairs. The Queen/king beds are actually two beds pushed together, making it uncomfortable to sleep in the middle. The internet is spotty and keeps dropping out, making it difficult to watch anything on a streaming service. It’s on a main road so it’s quite loud as all the road noise comes through. We had a rather unpleasant experience with the owner who kept telling us off about odd things. Firstly for not being able to make it by 8pm - we didn’t request a refund or complain, she just insisted on lecturing us about it, and secondly for not reading one of the little cards provided in the room about the correct checkout process. We made the mistake of ringing the bell with the big sign that said to ring the bell for reception instead of dropping the keys off in a box. She told us off about that too. Clearly these issues happen a lot and I can see why, yet they haven’t done anything to address them like add a late check in option (like a lockbox) or a sign indicating key drop off where the reception bell is.

A fabulous place for the dogs and I to stay. Everything possible was provided for the dogs, even a couple of biscuits. Bed was very comfortable and it was quite quiet. Not the Taj Mahal but it perfectly suited our needs. So convenient with the parking right at the door, and I couldn’t fault the welcome and assistance I received from the receptionist. Will definitely stay again when travelling with the dogs.

Have never stayed at a place which was so pet friendly and yet still provided good accommodation as well as everything a dog needs too. Staff were terrific and so amenable. Definitely recommend it.
