We usually stay here however the room 537 we got was very well outdated, the normal amenities such as water bottles or cups for the coffee machine were not provided. the remote was nowhere to be seen and overall did not enjoy the stay like we usually do

Great Stay!
It was a pleasant surprise. We didn’t have any expectations going in, but really enjoyed our stay. The convenience of two restaurants attached to the hotel and the location made it well worth the trip.

Found food on the floor behind door. The a/c and heater was not working a lot of water damage in the bathroom wall beside shower I have stayed at the sandman about 8 times now and the service as always been great

I had to take hair out of our shower drain before I would take a shower. And, then the water was cold. I called down to the front desk twice. The second time they said maintenance just got there and they would talk to them about it. They called back and said maintenance turned the water temperature up and it would take 20 minutes for it to start to get warm. It actually took almost a half an hour. We were crushed for time to begin with and then to have to wait almost a half an hour for warm water to take a shower is ridiculous. It was not cheap to stay at the Sandman and then to have something like that happen is not acceptable. I have never had that experience before with any hotel. (And, I will stress that the water was freezing cold).

Staff and check in were ok. Carpet in room was stained. Couch had burn holes and was stained. Shower controls were challenging. Fitness facility was small and had a treadmill and electronic bike…both broken. Unhappy and won’t go back.
