Hotel room was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The young fellow at the front desk was wonderful on Sunday afternoon at check in. Have stayed here before and will continue to, when I come to Hamilton!

Norovirus family nightmare!!!

The hotel has a 24/7 restaurant for late night food. We had two rooms for a family birthday. Our entire family came down with Norovirus. It was so bad that the washrooms were full and there was nowhere to projectile vomit. There was puke on the floor like a massacre. We explained to staff how sorry we were and they were sympathetic the entire time. I thought for sure they would charge me for excessive cleaning but they didn't and it was very bad. Kudos to this hotel and I will definitely be returning to make it up to them 👌👌👌

OK hotel for the price

The hotel itself is OK at the price; there are comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly. My only issue was with the other guests. They must have a group deal with a local government or business to rent blocks of rooms to workers. Everyone was OK, but all the hallways reeked of marijuana, and when I complained to the front desk, I was basically told there was nothing they could do as there was only one person on staff.
