I like the fact that it was next to the shopping mall with a grocery store in it and next to Starbucks very convenient... And the management and the entire staff were extremely courteous professional kind nice and wonderful and very helpful to all of my questions...

Stayed on club level with spacious room, comfortable bed, great linens and bath products. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. Staff in the lounge were fantastic and had the pool to ourselves!

The lobby is lovely. The rooms are dated and not very clean. For the cost of a room these days, this property doesn't offer much. Other hotels in the area at least offer free breakfast.

When paying for a full service Sheraton property, you expect your bed to be made daily. More than one person on the desk, a decent iron. Property is not terrible, but stretch to say value for money.

The hotel lobby and common areas were very nice. The rooms were clean but a little outdated. Still comfortable though. The parking situation was difficult. We have a cab on the back of our truck and we could not fit into the parking garage so we had to pay for parking. The surrounding area was very rough. A lot of homelessness and drug use. However, that’s not uncommon for the area. The hotel security does a great job keeping the actual hotel area safe and clear.
