We stayed here the night before a big event. We hardly slept. There was so much noise (loud banging) all night long. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The room was very humid/air conditioning wasn’t working properly. We won’t stay here again. Staff are always extremely kind but if you’ve got to sleep… this isn’t the place.

Clean and quiet. Air conditioning unit fan was loud and the room smelled musty when we got in. Room was quiet and breakfast was adequate. Staff was very accomodating.

The facility was very clean and the area was nice. The lady at the front desk was a bit snippy and not too friendly. There needs to be an explanation on the hotels.com website through the Sezzle app stating that you need to physically have a credit card for a deposit of $100 in order to actually check-in your room. Very inconvenient!

Everything was clean, but the AC system was regulated to not stay on cold for more than a few minutes. It seemed to shut down during the night time and would get warm easy. Also would get a grungy smell from the AC unit like a filter needed to be cleaned or swapped.
